Beliefs
I believe thoughts and actions co-create the universe and that all things are interwoven and inseparable.
In order for harmony to exist in the universe, I believe each human needs to face their history, their stories, their wounding and learn to truly know the love with in all of it.
We are each a magnificent creature of this planet. And, just like the trees and the animals, I believe if given the right amount of resources, care and spaciousness every human can grow into the most loving and loved version of themselves.
I long for such loving harmony and the earth is telling me they long for it too.

I have known the kind of trauma and grief that mangles hearts - again and again - this has left me forever changed. This knowing shapes me just as my other life experiences do.
I COME FROM
Tomorrow.
Creator’s imagination.
Cassiopeia, the middle star.
Love. Light. Longing.
Rivers.
Death. Magic. Hope.
The realms of Fae.
Dance floors.
The ocean.
Forests.
Meadows.
Prayer.
My imagination.
Yesterday.
